About me

I guess this is where I'm supposed to tell you a little about myself. My name is Robert Livingston and I'm a full-time software developer in Birmingham, Alabama. I'm very fortunate to be able to work with some amazing people and push myself to learn more everyday. I currently spend my days in code and my free time playing music, painting, and anything creative I can get under my hands.

I wasn't always interested in software. I earned two undergrad degrees (Music Performance / Communications) from the University of North Alabama, failed to get a job out of college, and pivoted to software by earning my masters from Boston University. A couple things about this website.. It will never have advertisements, pop-ups, stupid little banners trying to get you to buy things, or harvest any of your data. If you choose to provide your email address to my newsletter I'll send out occasional updates when I put out something new that I find exciting.
